Experience

Sean is a Vice President and Commercial Account Executive at King & Neel. He coordinates the resources within our firm to design and implement insurance programs tailored to meet the risk management objectives of our clients. Sean works with our account teams in risk analysis, exposure reviews, and account marketing strategies in order to provide cost effective and comprehensive insurance solutions.

Sean works with clients from a range of industries, including construction, hospitality, healthcare, and retail. He maintains strong relationships with underwriters who are responsive to the insurance needs of client industries and able to provide specialized coverages for complex and challenging exposures.

Sean began his insurance career in 1993 with GAB Robins North American, where he was responsible for risk management and claims for its large self-insured clients, before joining King & Neel in 2008. He is a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools and the University of Hawaii.

Sean is a board member for the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Dispute and Resolution Board for the Hawaii Chapter of the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI).
